Investor Supervision for Construction and Conservation Works at the Castle of the Warmian Chapter in Olsztyn

Investor supervision: Comprehensive oversight of construction works, conservation works, and associated tasks for the project 'Modern Museum in Historic Walls – Increasing the Tourist Attractiveness of the Castle of the Warmian Chapter in Olsztyn – Historical Monument, Witness to the Activity of Nicolaus Copernicus'. The construction works are carried out under a 'Build' system, with the contractor's remuneration for construction works being a lump sum and for conservation works on polychrome plasters on a cost-plus basis. The investor supervision requires ongoing interdisciplinary coordination, even if the tender is divided into lots. The detailed scope of services is defined in the Service Description (Appendix 1 to the draft contract) and the tender documents for the construction works. Excluded are auxiliary activities such as maintaining a subcontractor register, electronic archiving of the project, and preparing documents for EU project settlements and controls.
