Investor supervision for the expansion of Provincial Road No. 221, Jankowo to Kolbudy section

Investor supervision: Coordination and control of construction settlement during the construction phase and throughout the warranty and guarantee period for the expansion of Provincial Road No. 221. The road will be expanded over a total length of approx. 8.1 km (excluding an approx. 800 m section at km 9+850 – 10+590) to meet the parameters of technical class G. This includes the expansion/reconstruction of existing roads at intersections with district and municipal roads, reconstruction/construction of short access road sections, reconstruction and expansion of engineering structures, demolition of existing and construction of new bridge structures, reconstruction of a railway crossing, reconstruction/construction of a drainage system (roadside ditches, storm sewers, treatment devices, retention tanks), reconstruction of conflicting underground and overhead infrastructure (telecommunication, energy, melioration, hydrological, gas, and sanitary networks), reconstruction/construction of road lighting, construction of a technological duct, final road marking with road safety devices, reconstruction/construction of sidewalks, construction of pedestrian and bicycle paths, reconstruction of existing bus bays, implementation of traffic calming elements, reconstruction/construction of driveways, construction/reconstruction of other objects such as stairs and fences, greenery management including the felling of trees and shrubs conflicting with the investment and landscaping within the road strip. Also included are compliance with environmental decisions and water permits, the creation of environmental protection devices, ensuring appropriate natural supervision, the production and installation of 2 information boards, and the submission of the application for an occupancy permit or notification of construction completion to the building supervision authority, and obtaining other legally required approvals, e.g., in the area of fire protection.
