Sewer Cleaning Vehicle with Continuous Water Recirculation
Delivery of a sewer cleaning vehicle with continuous water recirculation: Chassis suitable for the permanent installation of a combined high-pressure flushing and suction vehicle body with water treatment; low-emission diesel engine (Euro 6e) with approx. 390 KW (530 PS) power (+- 10 % deviation allowed) and a fuel tank of at least 400 liters. The vehicle body includes a combined high-pressure flushing and suction vehicle body with a water treatment plant, a process water tank volume of approx. 5.0 m³ (+- 10 % tolerance), a fresh water tank volume of 1.0 m³ (+- 10 % tolerance), and a sludge tank volume of approx. 8.0 m³ (+- 10 % tolerance). A water ring pump as a vacuum pump provides a flow rate of approx. 3,000 cbm air output per hour (+- 10 % deviation allowed) at 400 mbar suction pressure and 20°C atmospheric air according to DIN 28431. The high-pressure pump has a flow rate of approx. 350 liters/min (+- 10 % deviation allowed). The filterless water treatment plant with multiple sedimentation and centrifugal force separation enables continuous operation without affecting suction and high-pressure operation; the water recovery performance must be adapted to the high-pressure pumps and be a multiple of the HD pump intake ltr./min, with a minimum amount of treated water of 1,150 ltr./min. Spare parts supply must be guaranteed for at least 10 years from vehicle handover, including a 24-hour service for spare parts and repairs year-round on all working days. A competent service technician must be on-site within 24 hours upon request. The latest delivery date is March 1, 2027. Delivery location is the Landsberg wastewater treatment plant, Dr.-Friedrich-Wacker-Straße 1, 86899 Landsberg am Lech. New vehicles must be offered; used and demonstration vehicles are excluded, stock vehicles are permitted.
