Concession for nautical-sports facility in the Port of Santander

Concession for the adaptation and operation of a nautical-sports facility in the Marina del Cantábrico of the Port of Santander: execution of construction works according to the basic project, provision of mooring services for sports and recreational vessels, management of the Captaincy building, supply of water and electricity, reception of waste and residues. Complementary services may be proposed. The concession is granted at the concessionaire's risk, who assumes all technical, economic, operational, and demand risks, without guarantee of minimum income or occupancy levels.
