Collaborative Design and Build (SR) contract for the renovation of Oulu Music Centre: The SR contractor acts as the main implementer, responsible for design and construction performance according to the tender documents. The client and service providers are jointly responsible for design, construction, schedules, costs, and quality, and share project risks and opportunities. The contract involves separate phases for development and implementation. The estimated contract value is €5,404,000.00 (0% VAT). Three (3) suitable candidates will be selected for the evaluation and negotiation phase. Construction is tentatively scheduled for 2027-2030.
