Maintenance and repair services for compressed air equipment (air compressors) in properties managed by Oulun Tilapalvelut: Framework agreement duration from 01.12.2026 to 30.11.2028, with two extension options (01.12.2028 - 30.11.2029 and 01.12.2029 - 30.11.2030); automatic contract extension if not cancelled 3 months prior to expiration. Offered prices must include all costs of service provision, including mileage, travel, accommodation, daily allowances, overtime, delivery, invoicing, office costs, tools, waste fees, and small material surcharges. Hourly billing for repair work starts from the border of the Oulu region or from a branch within the Oulu region (travel time); billing unit 30 minutes. The contract may also be utilized by other administrative departments/business units of the City of Oulu with the same business ID, such as Oulun vesi, Oulun Kaupunkiympäristöpalvelu, and Sivistys- ja kulttuuripalvelut. An index clause applies, and the JYSE 2025 contract terms are to be followed.
