Patient Transport Vehicles Type A2

Delivery of 8 patient transport vehicles (Type A) with integrated medical equipment for the Zavod za hitnu medicinu Splitsko-dalmatinske županije: The vehicles must be new and unused, manufactured in 2026 or not older than one year from the start of the procurement procedure. They must comply with HRN EN 1789:2024 (Type A) or an equivalent standard. Documentation required for vehicle registration must be provided upon handover. The contractor must allow continuous insight into the progress of manufacturing and medical conversion of the vehicles during key production phases. For production in Croatia, a physical visit and on-site inspection of the work must be permitted, with written notification via email at least three (3) working days before the planned completion of a phase. For production outside Croatia, a detailed progress report via email, including at least five (5) clear high-resolution photos, must be submitted within three (3) working days after the completion of each phase. Key phases for inspection are Phase I (installations and brackets before cladding) and Phase II (after painting, floor production, and cladding installation; layout in the patient compartment). Identified defects must be corrected within five (5) working days at the contractor's expense. Full delivery of the vehicles must occur no later than December 1, 2026. A handover protocol will be prepared upon delivery.
