Type B Ambulances for Out-of-Hospital Emergency Medicine

Delivery of 10 Type B vehicles for out-of-hospital emergency medicine with integrated medical equipment: Vehicles must be new and unused, manufactured in 2026 or not older than one year from the start of the procurement procedure, and comply with standard HRN EN 1789:2024 ("Type B") or an equivalent standard. Documentation required for vehicle registration must be submitted upon signing the handover protocol. The contractor must provide continuous insight into the manufacturing and medical conversion progress. For manufacturing in Croatia, physical site visits and inspections must be allowed, with three working days' notice before phase completion. For manufacturing abroad, detailed progress reports via email with at least five high-resolution photos must be sent after each phase, with three working days' notice after phase completion. Key phases for inspection are Phase I (installations and supports before cladding) and Phase II (after painting, floor installation, cladding, and patient compartment layout). Defects must be rectified within five working days at the contractor's expense. Full delivery of vehicles must occur by December 1, 2026, at the latest. A handover protocol will be signed upon delivery.
