Ambulance Vehicles Type A2

Delivery of 8 ambulance vehicles (Type A) with integrated medical equipment: Vehicles must be new and unused, manufactured in 2026 or not older than one year from the start of the tender procedure. Compliance with HRN EN 1789:2024 (Type A) or an equivalent standard is required. All documentation necessary for vehicle registration must be provided upon handover. The contractor must allow continuous insight into the manufacturing progress and medical conversion of the vehicles. If manufacturing takes place in Croatia, physical visits for inspection are possible, with the contractor notifying the client via email at least three (3) working days before the planned completion of a phase. If manufacturing takes place outside Croatia, detailed progress reports via email are required, to be submitted within three (3) working days of the completion of each phase, including at least five (5) high-resolution photographs. Key production phases for verification are Phase I (installations and supports before paneling) and Phase II (after painting, floor installation, and paneling; layout in the patient compartment). Any deviations found must be corrected at the contractor's expense within five (5) working days. Full delivery of the vehicles must occur by December 1, 2026, at the latest. A handover protocol will be drawn up upon delivery.
