Kitchen Technology for the Renovation of Pálffy Manor

Delivery, installation, and commissioning of kitchen technology: Equipment for the kitchen, back-of-house areas, and separate food distribution for a catering operation of a social services home (DSS), including ensuring hygiene requirements and connection to production and sales areas. This comprises assembly and connection of devices to utility networks, commissioning, functional demonstration, and operator training. The capacity is designed for up to 170 clients, up to 90 clients for take-out (cook and dispense), and up to 40 DSS service personnel. The ground floor layout includes preparation, food dispensing, a main kitchen with prep areas, dishwashing, storage rooms, changing rooms for kitchen staff, and a WC with an anteroom.
