Courier services for the Chemnitz Internal Service: Messenger and courier trips within the district of the Chemnitz Internal Service (Saxony), including the employment agencies Annaberg-Buchholz, Plauen, and Zwickau, and their branch offices. The service is awarded in 3 lots. Services must be provided regularly, except on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and other closing days. Departure and arrival times, as well as pick-up times and locations, are specified by the client and must be strictly adhered to (see tour plans - Annexes 3 to 5). Deviations are permissible if necessary documents are provided by the client or if a schedule change is communicated by the client with one week's notice. The contractor is obliged to maintain postal secrecy and comply with data protection regulations (PostG, GDPR, BDSG). Personnel must be instructed on these regulations and committed to maintaining postal secrecy before commencing work; documentation is to be done using form C.3 (Declaration of Postal Secrecy - with leaflet).
