Laboratory Reagents and Consumables for Toxicology and Trace Element Analysis

Delivery of laboratory reagents and consumables: Purchase of products meeting technical requirements or equivalents, as specified in the commercial table of the supplementary procurement documents, under a framework purchase agreement. The products to be procured and their planned quantities are listed in the price table. The contracting authority commits to drawing down 100% of the framework amount. Offered products must be legally marketable in EU member states, new (factory new, unused, not demo devices), and manufactured according to harmonized EU standards and fundamental directive requirements. The offer price must include packaging and shipping costs. Products must have a minimum shelf life of 12 months from acceptance; if the total shelf life is shorter, at least 50% of the total shelf life must remain from acceptance. Delivery deadline: 90 calendar days (earlier delivery accepted). Conformity for in vitro diagnostic medical devices must be certified according to 16/2012. (II.16.) Korm. decree 9. § (2), further items as per the tender documents.
