Patient catering service: Framework agreement for a planned quantity of 68,000 catering days per year, with an estimated net framework amount of 726,083,600 HUF plus VAT. The contracting authority commits to calling off at least 70% of the framework amount. The service includes reporting current and pre-registered patient numbers by 10 AM on the day of service, with pre-registered patients receiving menu "A" and diets changing 48 hours later. Meal order modifications (additional orders or cancellations) must be reported by 10 AM on the day of service, specifying the department, patient count, patient name (for individual patients), R, E, V designation, and diet. For rehabilitation institute inpatients, meal orders are based on prior registration with no cancellation option. Services are to be provided according to the documents "Food Service Operational Regulations", "Sample Day", and "Size and Quantity of Food Portions". Invoicing occurs monthly in arrears. Bids must include the net unit price (HUF) and proof of the average additional professional experience of participating specialists (min. 0 months, max. 24 months), where only full months are considered and parallel experiences are not cumulative; further items as per the tender documents.
