Land Reclamation and Road Construction for Basin II, Stage I (Repair Quay) in Gdynia
Construction works for shifting existing building lines of the Repair, Front, and West quays by a total of approx. 168 m into Basin II by a maximum of approx. 180 m, and land reclamation of a part of Basin II with an area of approx. 3 ha, including the reconstruction of necessary underground and above-ground infrastructure on plots no. 2960, 3059/4, 3059/5, 3069, 3070, 3071, 3072, 3073, 3074, 3075, 3076, 3077, 3078 in district 0026, unit 226201_1 Gdynia, within the boundaries of the seaport. This also includes the design based on the Functional-Utility Program (PFU) and the construction of a road system, including a roundabout, on the reclaimed area of Basin II, along with associated infrastructure. The contract further covers author's supervision over the execution of works according to the developed design documentation and obtaining an occupancy permit (if required) in accordance with Decision No. 151/2025/JS of December 22, 2025.
