Supply of electrical energy for Zarząd Morskiego Portu Gdynia S.A.: estimated total quantity 16,089.799 MWh; 100% of energy for own use and 40% of energy for resale must originate from renewable sources (OZE/RES), confirmed by guarantees of origin. Delivery will be successive to the consumption points specified in Attachment No. 4 to SWZ, for own use and resale according to the forecasted purchase quantity in Attachment No. 3 to SWZ, with technical parameters compliant with PE regulations. The supplier is responsible for the commercial balancing of electrical energy. The energy must be supplied without excise tax.
