Landscaping for Retention Pond in Südpark

Gardening and landscaping services for the construction and design of a retention pond south of the Nöthnitzer Straße 60A sports hall in Dresden-Plauen to collect heavy rainfall from the adjacent Südpark to the north. Services include site setup, safety measures, demolition of approx. 39 trees, approx. 800 m² of shrubs, approx. 450 m² of preparatory mowing, and approx. 70 m of chain-link fence. For the retention pond, approx. 1,250 m² of milling with a clearing tiller, approx. 100 m³ of soil removal and installation, approx. 150 m³ of soil removal, 650 m of conveying and installation, profiling of approx. 1,050 m² of areas, approx. 850 m² of pond profiling, and approx. 110 m² of maintenance access in gravel lawn are planned. For the forest path, approx. 450 m² of processing with a clearing tiller, approx. 155 m³ of soil loosening and installation, approx. 355 m² of unbound surfacing, and approx. 180 m² of path shoulder are to be provided. Vegetation work includes approx. 2,500 m² of wet seeding, approx. 220 shrubs, completion care for 1 year, and development care for 2 years. Execution period: October 12, 2026, to December 31, 2026. Alternative bids are not permitted, multiple main bids are allowed. Proof of suitability is provided by prequalification or self-declaration with details on turnover, references (at least 3 from the last 5 years), number of employees, chamber/commercial register entry, tax payments, exemption certificate, insolvency/liquidation, and confirmation of no serious misconduct. An original calculation according to form 223 must be submitted upon separate request; further items as per the tender documents.
