Lead Social Media Agency for Hamburg Tourismus GmbH

Framework agreement for a lead social media agency: strategic consulting, conception, and operational implementation of social media activities for Hamburg Tourismus GmbH (HHT) and Hamburg Marketing GmbH (HMG). The agency will further develop social media activities long-term, plan proactively, and implement defined services as needed. The Hamburg brand and the guiding idea "Elbphoria" form the basis. The focus is on the strategic establishment or further development of a main tourist channel on Instagram, aiming for a unified, recognizable, and growth-oriented presence. Facebook is to be included, while TikTok and YouTube will be evaluated. The channel strategy must align with the funnel, from awareness to loyalty. The scope of services includes strategy, consulting, conception, editorial planning, social-native content production (focus on video), community management, creator management, trend and platform observation, monitoring, analysis, and continuous optimization. This also includes the conception and implementation of organic and paid social media measures, as well as collaboration with creators and service providers. The agency will develop sustainable, recurring, and scalable formats long-term and must be able to react quickly to trends, occasions, or events, including the production and editing of photo or video content. The specific scope of operational support, community management, and publication services will be determined by individual call-off. Media bookings are possible. The total budget is approximately 1,000,000 EUR plus VAT, of which 5% is guaranteed as a minimum budget. Services worth approximately 100,000 EUR are expected to be required for the period until December 31, 2027.
