Food supply for the ZWH kitchen at specified locations: Delivery to storage rooms on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays between 6:30 AM and 8:00 AM. Services are called off via individual orders placed at least one day in advance by 10:00 AM via email, phone, or the contractor's online shop. Delivery confirmation is required within six hours of order receipt. The award is based on a framework agreement with one party according to § 21 Abs. 3 VgV. A list of items called off in 2025 serves as the basis for calculation. Bidders must offer the 250 "TOP-products" from the previous year, which had the largest financial share of the total contract. All requested items or comparable alternatives in composition, mass, and quantity must be offered. Furthermore, all other items from the "Deliveries from 2025" list or comparable alternatives must be deliverable on demand. There is no claim to a minimum purchase quantity; payment is only for fulfilled and accepted goods. Reliable and fast delivery, personal support by competent staff, regional and supra-regional competencies, and the use of MSC, ASC, and organic certified products are expected. An online shop, a recipe and meal plan manager, and an annual rebate are desirable. If no online shop and recipe and meal plan manager are available, it must be demonstrated how an overview of goods, allergens, and nutritional values will be provided.
