Delivery of Bacteriological Reagents for the Bacteriology Department
Delivery of bacteriological reagents: Offered medical devices must be attested, certified, registered according to legal regulations, and comply with applicable standards or technical specifications. Equivalent solutions to mentioned trademarks, patents, or technical specifications are permissible. Goods may originate from the People's Republic of China for a maximum of 50% of the total order value, provided the order is subject to IZM measures according to Regulation (EU) 2025/1197 and Article 8(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2022/1031. Subcontracting to Chinese entities is also limited to a maximum of 50% of the total contract value. Offers will be evaluated based on price (60%) and partial delivery time (40%).
