Delivery of Stents: Stents releasing Rapamycin or derivatives, made of platinum-chromium alloy

Delivery of medical stents: Offered medical devices must possess all required attestations and certificates and be registered in accordance with the Medical Devices Act of April 7, 2022. They must comply with applicable norms and technical specifications, with equivalent solutions being permissible. Goods must not originate more than 50% of the total order value from the People's Republic of China if the order is subject to the IZM measure in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2025/1197 and Article 8(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2022/1031. Subcontracting exceeding 50% of the total contract value to entities from the People's Republic of China is not allowed. Evaluation criteria are Price (60%) and Partial Order Completion Time (40%), further items as per the tender documents.
