Supply of Aortic Prostheses (Hybrid Systems)

Supply of medical devices: Offered medical devices must possess required approvals, certificates, and registrations in accordance with legal provisions and comply with applicable standards or technical specifications. Equivalent solutions to mentioned trademarks, patents, origins, or technical specifications are permissible. Goods may not originate more than 50% of the total contract value from the People's Republic of China, if the order is subject to the IZM regulation; subcontracting to Chinese entities is limited to a maximum of 50% of the total contract value. Evaluation will be based on price (80%) and partial delivery time (20%).
