Delivery, Operation, Maintenance, Support, and Further Development of an internet-based booking system for Danish Military pool vehicles: The system replaces an existing solution and enables efficient booking, lending, and return of pool vehicles, as well as access to operational and administrative data. It must support open and closed vehicle pools, manage a large number of users and vehicles, and ensure high availability. The scope includes the application and necessary infrastructure, including hosting on servers in Denmark, as a SaaS solution. The provider is responsible for integrating existing data (approx. 25,000 users, 2,800 pool vehicles) and potentially reusing existing electronic car-sharing equipment. The system must offer self-service access for users, comprehensive administration and reporting functions for FMI, technical support, and a 24/7 helpdesk. The contract duration is 72 months from signing, with an extension option of up to 2 x 24 months. The development period is limited to a maximum of 6 months, and the implementation period to a maximum of 6 months. The solution is initially expected to manage up to approx. 5,000 pool vehicles, with an option to scale up to 10,000 pool vehicles if required. Another option concerns the choice of access technology for pool vehicles, either via existing RFID access bearers or a supplier-provided access and locking system; further items as per the tender documents.
