Supply of a new (M3/I) hydrogen fuel cell bus
Supply of a new, M3/I class, low-floor, city solo, hydrogen fuel cell bus: 1 unit, manufactured no later than 2024, never registered. A warranty of 36 months (unlimited mileage) for the bus, including mandatory repairs and maintenance, must be provided. A mandatory warranty of 72 months applies to the drive battery and the fuel cell system. The bus must feature a single-level, low-floor design without steps, with a sill height of maximum 340 mm at all doors in operational readiness, reducible to maximum 260 mm at at least one door using a kneeling function; the floor height must not exceed 400 mm. A solo bus is a two-axle road vehicle with pneumatic tires, not connected to an electric overhead line, designed for passenger transport, with at least 10 permanent seats (including the driver's seat), a length between 11.5 and 12.7 meters, and a maximum permissible gross weight of 19.5 tons. The M3 vehicle category includes buses with a maximum permissible gross weight exceeding 5 tons according to Regulation 5/1990 (IV.12.) KÖHÉM. The M3/I vehicle class refers to vehicles with standing areas for frequent passenger movement (city buses) according to UN-ECE Regulation No. 107, Class I. A hydrogen fuel cell bus is a vehicle that uses compressed gaseous hydrogen for propulsion (including fuel cells), with the fuel conforming to ISO 14687-2:2012 and SAE J2719: (September 2011 revision). The fuel cell system includes the fuel cell stack(s), air processing system, fuel flow control system, exhaust system, thermal management system, and water management system. The vehicle must be a zero-emission motor vehicle (environmental class 5Z) according to § 2 (8) of Regulation 6/1990 (IV.12) KöHÉM. The integrated drivetrain must ensure stepless and smooth acceleration, and the motor must be exclusively a zero-emission electric motor. The vehicle's power-to-weight ratio must be at least 8 kW/ton (peak power). Delivery includes valid Hungarian technical inspection and license plates. The registration certificate must contain the entries "road-friendly axle", "suitable for scheduled passenger transport", and "suitable for public passenger transport". All structural elements must have an "e"/"E" approval mark according to Regulation 5/1990 (IV.12) KÖHÉM. Training in Hungarian for bus drivers and maintenance personnel on the operation, use, and maintenance of the bus as specified in the technical description. Equivalent products are accepted.
