Delivery of 3 zero-emission buses for ZKM Zawiercie: The delivery includes the buses with equipment, necessary software, documentation, and training. The buses must have electric engines, be manufactured using maximum non-flammable materials, and comply with UN/ECE Regulation No. 107, Polish road traffic law, technical conditions for vehicles, type approval, and standard PN-S-47010:1999 or equivalent. They must be factory new (not older than 9 months before delivery, maximum 2,000 km mileage), accessible for disabled persons, and feature safety systems such as collision warning systems, tire pressure and temperature monitoring, right-turn assist, lane keeping assist, driver monitoring system, and active cruise control with braking system. Delivery is to ZKM Zawiercie, ul. Polska 21, including repair and maintenance documentation and software licenses; further items as per the tender documents.
