Delivery of Medicinal Products for SBALPFZ DR D. GRMATIKOV RUSE EOOD
Delivery of medicinal products not listed in Annex 2 of the Law on Medicinal Products in Human Medicine (Art. 262, para. 6, item 2 ZLPHM) for the medical activities of SBALPFZ DR D. GRMATIKOV RUSE EOOD. Procurement is conducted via a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) with a duration of 36 months. Individual contracts within the DPS have a term of 12 months. The initial technical specification details dosage forms, active substance quantities, units of measure, and estimated quantities; this specification can be adjusted. Stated quantities are estimated and non-binding. The first stage of the DPS involves supplier qualification; the deadline for submitting initial applications is 24.09.2026, which will be reviewed within 10 working days. New applications are reviewed twice monthly (every first and third Monday). In the second stage, qualified suppliers are invited to specific orders, with offers including technical and price proposals, classified by a free program.
