Delivery of medicinal products for SBALPFZ DR D. GRMATIKOV RUSE EOOD

Delivery of medicinal products included in Appendix 2 of the PLS according to Art. 262, para. 6, item 2 of the ZLPHM, for the medical activities of SBALPFZ DR D. GRMATIKOV RUSE EOOD: periodic delivery upon prior request within a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS). An initial technical specification detailing medicinal forms, active substance quantities, units of measure, and estimated quantities may be modified during DPS operation by adding new products or adjusting quantities; specified quantities are estimated and not binding. Applicants may submit offers for one or more lines. The DPS will operate for 36 months, with individual contracts having a duration of 12 months. The system comprises two stages: Stage 1 (Application) for supplier qualification through submission of applications for participation (EEDOP) with personal status and selection criteria; deadline for initial applications is 28.09.2026, review within 10 working days; new applications are reviewed twice a month (every Monday of the first and third week). Stage 2 (Offer Submission) after qualification, with invitations to all qualified candidates to submit technical and price proposals for specific orders; offers will be classified by a free program.
