Delivery of medical consumables and reagents: A Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for various types of medical consumables and reagents for SBALPFZ DR. D. GRMATIKOV RUSE EOOD. Items are detailed by name, unit of measure, and estimated quantity in an initial 'Technical Specification'. This specification may be adjusted by adding new items or changing quantities. Stated quantities are estimated and not binding. The DPS will operate for 36 months. Individual contracts within the DPS have a term of 12 months. The process involves two stages: Stage 1 (until 02.10.2026 for initial applications): Collection and review of applications to participate (ESPD) for supplier qualification within 10 working days. Subsequently, new applications are reviewed twice monthly. Stage 2: Issuance of invitations to submit offers for specific orders to qualified candidates. Offers include technical and price proposals and will be classified by a free program.
