Supply of electrical energy for municipal facilities and street lighting in the Słomniki Municipality in 2027: estimated consumption 1,858,795 kWh. 75% of the energy supplied to public buildings (approx. 450,000 kWh) must originate from renewable sources, in accordance with Resolution No. LXXV/1102/23 of the Małopolska Voivodeship Sejmik. Invoicing is to be issued for each recipient of the contracting authority separately, with a detailed breakdown of individual consumption points. The application of preferential rates is mandatory if relevant legal acts come into force during the contract period. A detailed list of electricity consumption points is provided in Annex 1 of the tender documents.
