Supply of joint endoprosthesis implants: Detailed scope of services in Annex 1 and 1a of the tender documents. A deposit of implants and instrumentarium is required for the contract duration. The instrumentarium must be delivered in hermetic, sterilizable cases. Training for medical and nursing staff is included. Products must comply with applicable medical device regulations, specifically the Polish Act of April 7, 2022, on Medical Devices and EU Regulation 2017/745 (MDR), as well as EU Regulation 2023/607 regarding transitional provisions.
