Delivery of Medical Materials for Górnośląskie Centrum Medyczne
Delivery of medical materials: Offered medical devices must possess attestations and certificates, be registered and placed on the market in accordance with Polish law (Act of April 7, 2022, on medical devices), and comply with applicable norms or technical specifications. Equivalent solutions to specified trademarks, patents, or processes are permissible. Goods and subcontracting, if the order is subject to the IZM measure according to Regulation (EU) 2025/1197 and Article 8(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2022/1031, must not originate more than 50% of the total value from the People's Republic of China. Evaluation criteria are Price (80%) and Delivery Time (20%), further items as per the tender documents.
