Delivery of implantable medical devices
Delivery of implantable medical devices: Devices must possess required approvals and certificates in accordance with the Polish Medical Devices Act of April 7, 2022, and comply with applicable standards. Equivalent solutions to specified brands or specifications are permissible. Goods deliveries, if subject to IZM Regulation (EU) 2025/1197 and Art. 8 para. 1 lit. b of Regulation (EU) 2022/1031, may not originate from the People's Republic of China for more than 50% of the total value. Subcontracting to Chinese entities is limited to a maximum of 50% of the total contract value. Evaluation criteria: Price (60%), partial delivery term (10%), storage delivery term (10%), quality (20%).
