Delivery of medical equipment and other medical materials: Offered medical devices must have approvals and certificates and be registered in accordance with legal provisions. They must be placed on the market and used in accordance with the Medical Devices Act of April 7, 2022, and comply with applicable standards or technical specifications. Equivalent solutions to mentioned trademarks, patents, or processes are permissible. Offers will be evaluated based on price (80%), delivery time (10%), and warranty period (10%). Further items as per the tender documents.
