Delivery of Multifunctional Devices for Urząd Marszałkowski Województwa Lubelskiego

Delivery of 4 multifunctional devices: The devices must be brand new, unused, free from physical and legal defects, fully functional, and meet the technical and functional requirements specified in the Description of the Subject of the Order (Annex 1 to the SWZ). They must be manufactured in accordance with applicable laws, norms, and standards, and approved for sale in the Republic of Poland. On the day of signing the acceptance protocol, the offered equipment must not be designated by the manufacturer for withdrawal from production or sale. Delivery is to the building of the Marshal's Office of the Lubelskie Voivodeship in Lublin, ul. Artura Grottgera 4, 20-029 Lublin, at the contractor's own expense and risk, including transport into the rooms designated by the Contracting Authority's representative during the Contracting Authority's office hours (weekdays from 7:30 to 15:30). A warranty of at least 12 months must be provided. The delivery period is 21 calendar days from contract signing. Detailed descriptions of the subject of the order and its execution are specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ (Description of the Subject of the Order) and Annex 3 to the SWZ (Essential Provisions of the Contract).
