Software Subscription for Automated Security Testing with Implementation, Support, and Training

Automated security testing platform: delivery of a platform with a software subscription for 36 months, implementation including pre-implementation analysis and technical documentation, technical support of 8 service hours per month over 36 months (total 288 service hours) on working days from 7:30 to 15:30 in Polish. Support includes ongoing system assistance, quarterly environment reviews, knowledge transfer, system consultations, version updates, security event analysis, and assistance with service requests. Access to technical support from the software author must be ensured. Three training sessions (once annually, minimum 2 days each) for up to 7 people, on-site up to 350 km from the client's location, cover knowledge for penetration testing, application of provided tools, platform introduction, configuration and management, platform capabilities, test types, detailed reporting, and workshops; including participation certificates. The total cost of training organization is borne by the contractor. Compliance with the EU Cybersecurity Act is required, specifically no ICT products/services/processes from recommendations negatively affecting state security or from high-risk providers. A "Statement regarding ICT elements used during contract execution" must be submitted as proof. A performance bond is required before contract signing.
