Supply of green electricity: The consumption points are to be taken from the consumption point list. The electricity price per kWh is calculated using the formula Electricity Price = K + EXX German Power Future Base ct/kWh from 02.12.2026, based on the exchange prices of EEX, Leipzig. Price fixation occurs annually on December 2nd throughout the contract period, based on the EXX German Power Future Base price, which is inserted into the price formula in ct/kWh. The electricity price is rounded to three decimal places. The bidder enters a constant 'K' in the offer sheet, which includes fees for energy delivery, billing costs by the contractor, structuring, customer support, and margins.
