Framework agreement for manufacturing and delivery of truck tankers fixed-wing/rotary-wing (LKW TW Starr/Drehfl) for Bundeswehr airfields: up to 500 units, including measuring and testing equipment, documentation, services, initial spare parts, and special tools. The framework agreement duration is 15 years. The tank vehicles are for refueling aircraft and will be procured in two versions: airfield tank trucks (FTW) and airfield tank semi-trailers (FTSZg). An FTW consists of a carrier vehicle, a tank body with an integrated fuel pump system and filter-water separator (FWA), and tank technology equipment. An FTSZg comprises a semi-trailer tractor and a tank semi-trailer with a tank body, integrated fuel pump system, FWA, and tank technology equipment. Upon contract signing, 85 EA FTW and 110 EA FTSZg will be firmly ordered. Delivery of five pre-series FTW and five pre-series FTSZg is planned within 12 months after contract signing for Integrated Proof Management; these pre-series units count towards the total quantity of the firm order. The estimated call-off quantity is approx. 133 EA LKW TW Starr/Drehfl, of which 40 EA FTW and 93 EA FTSZg. One-time agreed services include initial spare parts, special tools, measuring and testing equipment, material basics (safety data sheets, parts lists, electrical diagrams, drawings, article master data, Interactive Electronic Technical Documentation), training documents, test/acceptance documentation, management services, personnel training, and support for Integrated Proof Management. Essential requirements include: admissibility as tank vehicle FL according to ADR Part 9 and Chapter 6.8, approval for transport and handling of fuels F34, F35, F44, F64, F54, F75, F67, Jet A1, admissibility according to German StVZO (with exceptional permits), maximum speed 90 km/h, engine operation with "Single-Fuel-Concept" using F34, unrestricted use in climate zones A1-A3, B1-B3, C0-C1 (STANAG 4370 in conjunction with AECTP-230), road, sea, and rail transportability (the latter when laden), air transportability in Airbus A-400M (unladen), driver's cab with two seats and storage, and detailed Interactive Electronic Technical Documentation. For FTW: chassis for roads and paved paths, technical usable volume tank body minimum 16,000 liters, NATO trailer hitch. For FTSZg: chassis for roads and paved paths for semi-trailer tractor and tank semi-trailer, technical usable volume tank semi-trailer minimum 33,000 liters; further items as per the tender documents.
