Ventilation Works for Emmy-Noether-School New Construction

Installation of a ventilation system for the new construction of the Emmy-Noether-School in Offenbach: 7 ventilation units, 3 exhaust fans, 1 plastic roof fan for specialized classroom exhaust, 1 duct fan for underground garage exhaust including garages, ventilation control system, 1 heat pump with 3 wall-mounted air conditioners and 1 ceiling-mounted air conditioner including piping, approx. 100 m² kitchen ceiling (active and passive fields) including lighting, approx. 580 units of swirl diffusers, disc valves, air outlets, approx. 550 units of volume flow controllers (constant and variable), approx. 220 units of fire dampers with motor drives, approx. 10,000 m² ducts and fittings, approx. 3,200 m pipes and fittings, approx. 400 m² thermal insulation (partially with sheet metal casing), approx. 500 m² cold insulation (partially with sheet metal casing), 6 units of outdoor air and exhaust air towers (V = approx. 35,000 m³/h). For the entire execution period, at least 3 qualified, German-speaking managers (master craftsmen / senior fitters) must be assigned as fixed contact persons for the construction management; personnel changes are only permitted for important reasons and upon designation of an equally qualified replacement. The contractor must organize the work in terms of personnel and logistics to ensure simultaneous, full deployment in at least 3 separate assembly areas within the building at all times.
