Feasibility Study for Stormwater Networks in Craiova

Elaboration of a feasibility study for the construction and extension of stormwater networks in Craiova, Mall Promenada (Stăvilar) - Canalul Râului - Pârâul Șerca area: Creation of complete, mature, and approvable technical-economic documentation for investment objective AXA 1, including documentation for approvals and agreements, field investigations, and supporting documentation in accordance with H.G. no. 907/2016 and the requirements of specification no. 248738/13.07.2026 and design brief no. 248728/13.07.2026. The study involves substantiating optimal solutions for the construction of section I (Mall Promenada to the intersection of Râului Street/Gheorghe Bibescu Street), construction of a new collector (intersection of Râului Street/Ilie Balaci Boulevard to discharge into Șerca stream, including overflow collection from Râului Street collector), discharge of the new collector into Șerca stream, embankment of Șerca stream (section between Cantonament Luncă and the property limit of Craiova Municipality), and integration of controlled discharge, energy dissipation, pre-treatment, and monitoring works. The study must demonstrate hydraulic efficiency, technical feasibility, economic sustainability, environmental compliance, and compatibility with the existing stormwater system and master plan.
