Media Management

Media management: procurement, administration, maintenance, logistics, technology, service, and application of media. This includes personal consultation, provision and operation of an online platform for specialized information management (administration portal), provision and operation of an online database including procurement of licenses for a legal information system, delivery of media, specialized media, and specialized literature for trainees. Services must also be provided for future locations under the same conditions. Excluded is the delivery of brochures, flyers, and similar non-publisher products. The contractor provides publisher- and product-independent consultation on the selection and administration of digital and paper-based literature and specialized information, and possesses extensive expertise in social insurance (focus: health and long-term care insurance) for media consultation in European, federal, and state law. All available media must be provided as online variants, usable via Citrix and mobile devices. The media structure is primarily focused on electronic media, with homogeneous equipment; additional electronic solutions, loose-leaf works, specialized journals, and bound literature are only to be procured in exceptional cases, observing fixed book prices. The contractor provides an online platform/administration portal for professional specialized information management to ensure access to online works. The absolute maximum limit for call-offs under this framework agreement is €130,000. The estimated net contract value is €1,650,000.00 or €1,920,000.00 gross. The absolute maximum limit for call-offs under this framework agreement is €1,960,000.00 gross.
