Metal construction works for bus depot with electric charging infrastructure

Metal construction works for the new construction of a bus depot with electric charging infrastructure in Freising: technical processing including workshop and assembly planning, as well as static proofs. The focus is on wall and ceiling claddings for the workshop and wash hall, using substructures made of galvanized steel profiles and corrosion-resistant sandwich panels (steel sheet covers, PUR/PIR insulation cores). The works include approximately 536 m² of cladding surfaces in the wash hall and approximately 683 m² in the workshop, including all fastening, connection, and sealing works. For the wash hall, reveal claddings on doors, gates, and skylights, as well as a robust double-leaf external door system made of galvanized and powder-coated steel sheet, are planned. The workshop will receive aluminum window constructions as fixed-glazed elements, closed panel fields, second water-bearing sealing layers in the area of window connections, and aluminum windowsill covers. Additionally, adaptation and expansion works on doors, gates, and skylights are included. Working platforms for heights up to approx. 6.00 m will be provided. All works are to be carried out according to DIN, EN standards, and VOB/C, including all fasteners, sealants, auxiliary constructions, and ancillary services.
