Rental of a Speed Monitoring System

Rental of a semi-stationary speed monitoring system with two measurement inserts: The system consists of a vehicle trailer as a transport medium and housing, accommodating two measurement systems for simultaneous monitoring of two directions of travel. It features vandalism protection (GPS tracking, vibration sensor, fire extinguishing system, warning system), an LTE router for remote data transmission (including 5 GB SIM card), an electro-hydraulically operated chassis with remote control, leveling supports, a foldable trailer drawbar with lock security, rechargeable batteries for up to seven days of measurement operation, and LED twilight activation. Included are 2 measurement systems, 2 flash units, and 1 control unit. The service includes provision for 24 months, all necessary maintenance and repair work including delivery and replacement of spare parts, assumption of regular calibration (scheduling, costs), liability and comprehensive insurance with a 1,000 EUR deductible, and assumption of maintenance and inspection costs, main inspection costs, vehicle tax, and other repair costs (excluding damages due to improper operation or gross negligence). Wear parts such as flash unit illuminants are replaced by the contractor at their own expense as needed. A loan measurement device is provided for repair and calibration periods, including shipping. Data transmission is secured and tunneled, including full provision of necessary hardware and software for data transmission and transport in administration, as well as assumption of all costs for data processing, maintenance and support of data transmission equipment, and case data preparation. Written operating documentation is provided free of charge. The contractor trains 4 client employees in operation and use, and 4 employees in the evaluation of components, devices, and case data. All training costs before and during the contract period, including staff or technology changes, are covered. A training certificate for court presentation is issued. Training is conducted by qualified contractor personnel in the premises of the City of Arnstadt by appointment, with the option of certified WBT or blended learning components. The contractor informs the client in writing about changes, findings, and developments in the state of science and technology.
