Modernization of Gábor Áron Street Kindergarten, Szeged: Renovation works for a building with a floor area of 464.55 m², including replacement of 44 outdoor plastic windows and 9 indoor wooden doors, installation of 19 plastic blinds, facade insulation with 350.42 m² rock wool (16 cm) and 203.88 m² XPS (16 cm), attic insulation with 464.60 m² fibrous insulation (25 cm), moisture insulation of 404.74 m², installation of 180 m² WPC flooring and 74.5 m² paving stones, interior plastering and painting of 1,229.86 m², exterior plastering of 653.63 m², fence installation from LINDAB Coverline LVP 45/0.5 trapezoidal sheet over 241.4 m², construction of a steel structure storage with sandwich panel walls and roof (47.16 m²), installation of 390 m² floor covering and 130 m² wall cladding, installation of 378.46 m² LVT flooring, manufacturing of 5 built-in furniture pieces, construction of 103.77 m² gypsum board walls and 213.28 m² gypsum board suspended ceilings. Building mechanical works include the installation of 538 linear meters of five-layer heating pipes, 1 condensing wall-mounted combi gas boiler, 2 air-to-water heat pumps, replacement of 26 steel panel radiators, installation of 360 linear meters of drinking water pipes and 162 linear meters of PVC drain pipes, and 2 electric water heaters. Electrical works include the complete renovation of the electrical network (1 unit), installation of 96 new luminaires, and installation of a grid-connected 9 kW AC solar panel system.
