Reconstruction of Vitéz Utca Daycare Center

Construction services for the reconstruction of the Vitéz Utca daycare center on a 5,098 m² plot, with a gross floor area of 1,700.54 m². Works include the demolition of existing buildings and outbuildings down to -0.50 m below ground level, comprising 69 m³ foundations, 1,087 m² concrete screeds and pavements, 858 m² wooden roof structure, 1,316 m² roof battens (under tile roofing), 876 m² tile roofing, and 188 m² windows/doors. New construction works involve 1,087 m drilling for pile foundations (60-80 cm diameter, up to max. -4.50 m depth), 400 m³ concreting of pile foundations, 66 t rebar installation for sole plates, base plates, pillars, beams, slabs, ring beams, and plates, 432 m³ concrete strip, sole, and slab foundation construction, 403 m³ concrete and reinforced concrete screed construction, 673 m³ reinforced concrete works (concreting of sole plates, pillars, beams, slabs, ring beams, reinforced concrete plates), 1,576 m² load-bearing masonry (from hollow ceramic blocks), 1,071 m² partition walls (from hollow ceramic blocks), 6,280 m² side wall plastering, 1,576 m² thin plaster and colored plaster, 574 m² exposed grid suspended ceiling installation, 683 m² indoor wall coverings (tile coverings), 386 m² outdoor wall, pillar, column, and plinth coverings, 1,353 m² floor tile coverings indoors and outdoors, 504 m² PVC flooring installation, 434 m² metal sheet roofing on canopies and vertical walls, 107 pcs new wooden indoor windows/doors, 260 m² large-panel facade cladding installation, 16 pcs new aluminum outdoor windows/doors, 35 pcs new plastic outdoor windows/doors, 7,025 m² interior dispersion wall painting, 1,550 m² interior, washable, waterproof wall painting, 2,007 m² insulation against soil moisture, 1,773 m² insulation against rainwater on horizontal and vertical surfaces (flat roof (lower-upper layer) and parapet wall), 1,805 m² green roof construction, 1,307 m² flat roof thermal insulation (straight layer structure, extensive green roof, with expanded polystyrene foam and rock wool boards), 1,067 m² external facade wall thermal insulation with rock wool boards under ventilated facade cladding and expanded polystyrene foam boards under thin plaster, 207 m² external facade plinth wall thermal insulation, 1,361 m² floor thermal insulation, 914 m² paving (from various sized and thick paving stones), 246 m² rubber tile flooring, 1,716 m² soil preparation for planting. Furthermore, the installation of power networks, a fire alarm system, low-current systems (IT system, camera system, intrusion detection system, access control and intercom system), basic utility lines within and outside the building, children's splash pads and water sprinklers, a heat recovery ventilation system, a heating-cooling system with 7 air-water heat pumps, underfloor heating and ceiling heating-cooling, and a 41.86 kWp/41 kVA photovoltaic system on the flat roof.
