Delivery of a diagnostic system for pH-metry for the Endoscopy Department: The medical device must possess all required attestations, certificates, and registrations in accordance with Polish law and comply with applicable standards or technical specifications; if no notification is required, all necessary steps for market introduction and use in Poland must be carried out at the contractor's own expense. The origin of goods may not exceed 50% of the total value from the People's Republic of China if the order is subject to IZM Regulation (EU) 2025/1197 and Art. 8 para. 1 lit. b of Regulation (EU) 2022/1031; subcontracting to entities from the PRC is limited to a maximum of 50% of the total contract value. Offers will be evaluated based on price (60%), delivery time (20%), and quality (20%).
