Delivery of medical equipment and other medical materials: The offered medical devices must have the required attestations and certificates, be registered and placed on the market in accordance with legal regulations, and comply with applicable norms or technical specifications. If no notification is required, all necessary steps to fulfill legal requirements for placing the product on the market in Poland must be carried out at the bidder's own expense. Equivalent solutions to specified trademarks, patents, or processes are permissible. Offers will be evaluated based on price (80%), delivery time (10%), and warranty period (10%).
