Modernization and expansion of the wastewater treatment plant in Marczyce

Modernization and expansion of the wastewater treatment plant in Marczyce (plots no. 11/5, 180/1) as Stage I, while maintaining operation of the old facility (plot no. 12/12) and decommissioning it after commissioning the new installation. The service is provided under a "Design and Build" contract and includes comprehensive project design with conceptual, cost, and technological documentation, along with detailed Technical Specifications for Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works (STWiORB/WWiORB), obtaining all necessary approvals, permits, and legal documents. The facility must ensure full technological functionality for a capacity of 12,500 PE (Population Equivalent) and an average daily flow rate of 1,630 m³/d. Land and technical reserves for future expansion must be provided, including physical technical reserves for future connections such as blind flanges, shut-off valves, free connection stubs on pipelines and collectors, power reserves on main distribution boards, free cable routes, and a minimum 25% spatial and signal reserve in control cabinets and the SCADA system. The construction work includes a new mechanical-biological wastewater treatment plant, reception of up to 100 m³/d of delivered wastewater and its buffering, and safe reception of increased instantaneous flows during heavy rainfall up to 280 m³/h (77.8 l/s). The continuous operation of the existing facility on plot no. 12/12 must be maintained, followed by its complete decommissioning and maintenance after stable commissioning of the new installation. A complete system for discharging treated wastewater to the recipient must be implemented, primarily into the Czerwonka stream. A detailed hydrological analysis and capacity analysis of the existing outlet to the Czerwonka stream must be performed. Optionally, the construction of an alternative, complete pressure-gravity system to the Podgórna stream is foreseen if the existing outlet is insufficient. This system includes a pressure pipeline 250PE SDR11 PN16 and a gravity section Dn400 PVC SN8 with a DN 400 outlet structure in a stone wall at km 3+311 of the Podgórna stream, running through plot no. 11/5 (Marczyce) and plots in Podgórzyn (no.: 355/2, 509/5, 627/4, 468/1, 473/14, 462/9, 330/8, 532/2, 536/3 and 536/2). Another option is the removal of conflicts with overhead MV 20 kV lines.
