Module Lightwave Component Analyzer (ENAS-14.3)

Supply of a Module Lightwave Component Analyzer (ENAS-14.3): 1 piece measurement system for the characterization of electro-optic components using electro-optic S-parameter testing. The system enables characterization and testing of lasers, modulators, detectors, and integrated receivers with high repeatability without intermediate recalibration. Required properties include measurement configurations Electrical/Optical, O/E, E/E, and O/O, a network analyzer with 2 ports and a frequency range up to at least 40 GHz, a laser wavelength of 1550 nm, and the possibility to integrate an external laser source. Options include an Optical Component Analyzer/Optical Network Analyzer with automatic VNA calibration, optionally as a replacement for position 1.5.
