Measurement, Control, and Regulation Technology for Climate Chamber Center at MPI New Building
Automation system as a digital, cross-trade networked system: The automation stations are divided into two information focal points (ISP), with connection to the central building management system (GLT). The system will be implemented as an independent building automation (GA) network with separate Ethernet cabling for all automation stations and the control technology. ISP01 includes the control and regulation of HVAC system 1, including field devices. ISP02 covers the control and regulation of the cooling system, the MS-room ventilation, and the thermal energy supply (2x chillers, 1x heat pump), including field devices and fault reporting for the plant technology. Execution is to begin within 12 working days after the client's request (expected by 18.09.2026), with completion within 103 working days after this start date (5 working days per week, Saturdays by arrangement).
