Rehabilitation of refrigeration generation: Dismantling and disposal of 3 chillers each approx. 972 kW (refrigerant R134a), 6 standard pumps up to 15 kW, including associated piping approx. 110 m, DN150-300, and insulation. New installation of approx. 2 compact, water-cooled turbo chillers each 1510 kW, 2 gas detectors, 1 plate heat exchanger PN10 with 600 kW, 2 diaphragm expansion vessels 80 l, 6 bar, 1 replenishment station PN10 with 1.5 m³/h, 1 pressure maintenance system, 1 filling valve, 3 shut-off valves PN6, DN20-40, 14 cooling/chilled water circulation pumps with flow rate 41 - 260 m³/h up to 860 kW, 1 refrigeration storage system 8000l, 22 air vessels, 16 vibration dampers, 175 m seamless steel threaded pipe OD 21.3 to 60.3 mm including welding, 410 m seamless steel pipe OD 76.1 - 355.6 mm including welding, including associated fittings, valves, measurement and control valves, 2,500 kg C-profile rails galvanized steel, 1,000 kg hollow profile steel construction galvanized steel, media feed-throughs, designation plates, directional arrows, refrigeration insulation, fire protection, and maintenance. Execution deadlines: Start within 12 working days after request (expected by 19.10.2026), completion within 111 working days after the deadline. Work and assembly planning expected immediately after contract award, assembly start expected within 12 working days after request, acceptance-ready completion (including commissioning, trial operation, adjustment) expected approx. 111 working days after assembly start.
