Renovation of structural-technical infrastructure: ELT-FM -BEL
Measures for electrical, facility management (ELT-FM) and lighting trades: approx. 59 sub-distribution boards, approx. 137,000 m cables and wires, approx. 27,000 m data cables, approx. 315 m cable support systems E0 and 115 m in E30/E90, approx. 3,100 m cable ducts/trunking, approx. 1,250 installation devices (switches and sockets), approx. 890 KNX devices in the field, approx. 2 LAN cabinets 42HE and 6 LAN cabinets 5HE, approx. 340 data outlets, approx. 3,760 DALI LED luminaires, a central battery system with approx. 910 emergency luminaires and approx. 305 escape route luminaires, and a fire alarm system with approx. 1,110 automatic detectors and 50 manual call points. The tender includes maintenance services. Execution is to commence within 12 working days after the client's request, expected by 22.10.2026. Completion must occur within 815 working days (5 working days/week) after the start of execution.
